If you want to cancel your order, contact our support team  as soon as possible. However if your order is already processed, we will not be able to cancel the order. Note that the order processing can be quick (just in time inventory) and it is our customer service team who have the final say on the ability to cancel the order.


All products that are defective or damaged are eligible for full refund without need to return. 

  • Contact us within 10 days of receiving your product at
  • Your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you have received it. 
  • It is mandatory to provide proof of the damaged products in order to be refunded. Please send proof (images or video) of the received damaged product(s) including shipping/packaging slip to within 10 days of receiving your order. The issue must be clearly represented in your proof of damage. We may ask for additional proof if we deem necessary.
  • You can only receive a refund for the defective/damaged products if you have provided proof.
  • Any other products included in your order that are not damaged or you have not provided proof of damage will not be eligible for refund.


We allow returns to our USA & Canadian return warehouses.  

  1. You may process returns within 15 days of order deliver (from the date you received the items). Contact us at to start your return process. Please provide reason why you wish to return your order as this will help us improve our service and product quality. 
  2. You'd be required to ship the products back to one of our USA or Canadian return warehouses. 
  3. Return addresses are provided by our support team. Returns will only be accepted to address provided to you by our support team.
    1. You must pack all items in their original packaging. The original bag and tag should be intact and not be damaged.
  4. Return fees are paid by the customer. Import fees are paid by Nordic Peace.
  5. Original order shipping fees & insurance are non-refundable.
  6. It is mandatory to provide the returned tracked shipping method & tracking number to our support team in order to be eligible for your refund or compensation. We are not be responsible for packages that are undelivered or lost in transit.
  7. Please inform the exact monetary value to the shipping company while returning your items. If an incorrect value is passed on to the shipping company, the refund or compensation will not be processed.
  8. Make sure you return the item before the date provided by our customer service team.
  9. Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the items and refund the amount to the original payment source. (see refund process)


All products that have not been delivered within 45 business days are eligible for full refund or reshipment. 

  • We offer our customers a security of 45 business days. If in the worst case scenario, your order does not arrive after a wait of 45 business days, we will refund or reship your order. 
  • We do not process refunds because your parcel did not arrive before a specific desired date or Holiday. 


All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 3-5 business days for credit card payments to be be refunded to your account. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days we invite you to contact your financial institution.

  1. You provided the wrong shipping address when placing your order.
  2. You were not able to pickup your parcel from the local post office within the established timeframe.
  3. The parcel is confirmed delivered at your address by the shipping company but your parcel has been lost or stolen. 
  4. Any other products included in your order that are not damaged or you have not provided proof of damage will not be eligible for refund.
  5. The product may be part of our Special Product Returns & Refund Eligibility List (shown at the bottom of this page)
  6. We cannot process refunds (even when returning products) to customers who open Chargebacks with their credit cards or Paypal cases as the money is already take from our account and is impossible to process via our platform. 
  7. Most of our US orders are shipped via USPS. If you cannot receive mail from USPS, yet have still processed an order, we will not be able to refund the order. 



Wall Art / Prints / Gallery Walls

Prints are sold unframed. Refund will not be applied to people who want refunds because they did not receive framed prints when only purchasing prints. 

Flatware Collection

For missing flatware or damaged flatware, we can arrange replacement or partial refund for customers. In other words, if there is any problem with the flatware product, we can resend free of charge. The refund can only be partially refunded for the exact products damaged/missing. 

  • We offer immediate replacement of utensils that have more than 5g in weight difference compared to our product descriptions. 
  • We will offer immediate refunds if:
    • If the sizing of the flatware items are not as per the defined size chart on product page.

Silicone Utensils

We will not refund customers if the product express a smell when delivered. It is normal for brand new silicone utensils to smell. The smell of silicone products is produced during the vulcanization and curing process. In the vulcanization process, additives are added to odorless silicone and some reactions may produce the smell. The smell is normal and can be easily removed by following steps on our guide

Pajama Sets

All pajamas sets cannot be returned due to the product being an undergarment. 

All Collections

  • If you have an issue with sizing or coloring and think your product is not representative of the product information shown on the product page; you must provide images showcasing the difference to be eligible for refund or reshipment. 
  • If you have already received a reshipment on your original order, then you are not eligible for refund on the reshipment/ original order. 

Bulk Orders

  • All orders above $800 USD are considered bulk orders. 
  • Bulk Orders are non-refundable & non-returnable.
  • If there are missing or damaged items at delivery of bulk orders, the Seller “Nordic Peace” must prepare replacement orders of same value of missing or damaged products. No refunds accepted if such issues happen, only replacements are accepted.
